The Great Sucking Noise
2Mb? 2Mb? Pah. By the end of the month, our connection will be a whopping 8Mb. Which goes nicely with our new Terabyte machine in the cupboard (beerwarmer is its name, for there be beer in that cupboard too).
Still, I guess Dan should be grateful that they have electricity that far out of town…
8Mb? 8Mb? Pah, mine’s been 10Mb for almost 6 months.

It might be small, but its all I can get!!
Our house is too far from our crap exchange…
Sarah thinks its great - coming from Scotland, she is suprised that the toilet is in the house and not a hole in the ground, electricity exists and there isn’t a well in the garden for water… Let alone roads, cars, etc…

Sam : and on ours, you don’t need the mother of all firewalls to stop the student virus-infested nightmare machines from trying to tear your machine apart. Even if you do run a Mac.

Dan : yeah, I remember when I came to London and saw my first aeroplane. I threw my spear at it and begged forgiveness of the Bird Gods. But I’ve moved on from those days - I use a longbow now.
